Services of Blessing after Civil Mariage St Nicholas Cramlington

We are delighted that you have decided to seek God's blessing and give thanks for your marriage in church.

Please read this page carefully as there are a number of things you need to know for everything to run smoothly.

We require a £50 booking fee, to be paid in cash within one month of the booking, which is deducted from the total cost when the fees are settled. If you decide to cancel or postpone your wedding please let us know immediately in writing. The booking fee is non-returnable.

We invite you also to make an appropriate donation to cover administration, heating, cleaning and maintenance of St Nicholas Church, (for a wedding this would be £87 - excluding legal fees).

Collections at Weddings at St Nicholas during 2002 are for the Doxford Youth Project in its work with young people on the streets of Cramlington.

You may want to print out this page and keep it in a handy place for reference until your wedding day.

1. Fees
Are paid in cash at the rehearsal (not a cheque). Please include a small number of low denomination notes.
2. Music and Hymns
You MUST consult with the minister taking the service before making any decisions.
3. Photographs and Video Recordings
Only one official still photographer and one of-ficial video photographer are permitted by ar-rangement with the minister taking the service. If you wish to video record the service please read carefully the special forms provided. Please note when video recordings are made the organists fee is doubled.
4. Flowers
The fee charged is for flowers only, our flower arrangers offer their services free. The flowers remain in church for Sunday morning after which they may be used as gifts for the sick or housebound. Please contact Mrs Sandra Stewart (Tel No 716543), no later than 4 weeks before the service to discuss colours.
