What are we hoping to achieve in the next 3 years?

Our parish focus for 2006-2008.

1. SHARING OUR FAITH.

The diocese of Newcastle is encouraging us all to get faith-sharing 'into the bloodstream', that is into our everyday habits and attitudes. We are exploring together everyday ways of sharing our faith wherever we find ourselves. We are excited about the many opportunities God gives us in all sorts of areas.

2. QUALITY CHILDRENS WORK.

As regards children’s work, we are very encouraged by the 30 or so under-16s we see in our parish at worship each week, but we want to do better! These things are important to us as we work with children:

Vision - to aim with children to help them ‘worship God and become Christian disciples’.
